Our responsibility towards environmental issues is an integral part of our business strategy. We seek to actively reduce the impact on the environment through the control of pollution and care for the local environment. The implementation and support of high standards of environmental performance are in keeping with the requirements of the Environmental Protection Act (1990) and are subject to regular review.

The raw materials for manufacture are sought from similarly environmentally aware organisations. We ensure that base materials are sourced from mills that have an environmental policy for forestation and an internationally recognised forest management system. Non-toxic polymers and pigments are used to decorate our products. Other essential materials are carefully selected for their minimum impact on the environment.

The issue of disposal of solvent and water-based inks has been fully addressed with full consultation with the local council and DoE. It is believed that the wallpapers are produced in the most sympathetic method currently available.
Copies of the policy are available to the public, customers and regulatory authorities.
