PRINTING MACHINES
Surface printing
Two surface print machines both offering in-line airknife gounding plus, a maximum of 12 additional printing colours for wallpapers of 20½ inches trimmed width. Cylinder circumferences: 15, 16, 18, 20½, 21 and 24 inches. One off-line airknife grounding line available for use in conjunction with other printing processes for wallpapers at 20½ inches trimmed width.

Flexographic printing
Five flexographic print machines; three offering up to six colours (including ground) for wallpapers at 20½ and 27 inches One offering up to six colours (including ground) with an additional lacquer station for wallpapers at 20 ½ inches. One offering a ground plus a further six printing colours with an additional lacquer station for wallpapers at 20 ½ inches. Cylinder circumferences: standard and special sizes available up to a maximum of 800mm. Please enquire for further details of sizes available

Gravure printing
Four gravure print machines, each offering up to eight colours for wallcoverings at both 20½ and 27 inches. Cylinder circumferences: 18, 20½, 24, 27, 30 inches, plus specials

Rotary-screen printing
One rotary screen print machine offering up to five colours at both 20½ and 27 inches, incorporating in-line flexographic grounding of up to two colours. Cylinder circumferences: 640, 914, 1018 mm

Flat-screen printing
Two 33 metre flat-bed screen-printing tables, both fitted with automatic printing carriages offering an unlimited number of colours at 20½, 27 and 30 inches. 1 continuous vacuum-bed screen-print machine for wallpapers at 20½ inches

Hand-block printing
Two hand block-printing frames for wallpapers at 20½ inches

Fabric printing
One Viero fabric printing machine with turning blanket incorporating both flat and rotary screen stations offering an unlimited number of colours onto cloth widths of up to 60 inches
