Customer satisfaction and support is of paramount concern to us, and our customer service team will look after all your needs including tailored information on lead-times, print status and stock levels. We will monitor your urgent jobs through production and we can also sometimes arrange a stock-holding facility for those customers requiring split deliveries.

For customers and designers passing off new collections we have 4 Customer Suites with a full range of facilities to ensure that your needs are fully met whilst on site and that your stay is as comfortable and pleasant as possible.

Technical Product Support

We believe that our job does not finish when the product is delivered to you and we are able to offer full post-production technical support.

Our specialists in this area, with unequalled expertise backed up by decades of experience between them, will often undertake site visits and have provided help with every type of decorating query.
