The policy of the Anstey management team is to strive to exceed in all areas, creating a service and experience that delights and exceeds customer expectation. Our aim is to ensure that products and services are right first time, continually maintaining compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Anstey Wallpaper Co Ltd is committed to provide resources for maintaining and continually improving the quality of our products and services. Product quality is the responsibility of the Production Manager; product monitoring is delegated to the Technical Manager, with the Quality Systems Manager responsible for the management, efficiency and cost effectiveness of the Quality Management System.

The Anstey leadership team is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained, with the strategic direction of the policy being controlled by the Managing Director.

The organisation is committed to comply with the requirements and principles of BS EN ISO 9001: 2015, to continually improve the Quality Management System and ensure that these principles are clearly understood by all employees at all levels within Anstey Wallpaper Co Ltd. The use of this document and its related operating procedures and instructions is mandatory.
