Fun fact: Digital is the only print process where no rollers are required.

Block Printing

A technique as old as time, that never loses appeal.

This highly-skilled craft creates authentic texture and a handmade feel; for a truly special finished look. Using carved wooden blocks, your design comes to life - layer by layer, with meticulous detail.

Patterns are repeated to build up the bigger picture, and the results are extraordinary, every time.

Fun fact: The wooden blocks were made from fruit trees such as pear and cherry.

Flexographic Printing

Simple to start and stunning every time.

Our flexo roller printing involves fine application and delivers beautiful results. Combining up to six colours and multiple surface options, it’s your go-to technique for printing wallpaper that’s up to the job.

Use our soft rollers and fine layers to give a beautifully crafted design.

An intricate finish, with diamond detail.

Gravure printing arrived in the sixties, bringing a touch of class to the surface print world. Using a large steel cylinder, it’s a clean-sweep process that gives you that luxe-look design.

Thanks to a copper-chrome coating, etched with diamond tips, our gravure technique allows you to achieve a fine, tonal result with a single cylinder. Allowing your pattern to take centre stage, ready to impress.

Fun fact: A single gravure machine can print up to 120 metres a minute.

Gravure Printing

Rotary Hybrid Printing

Merging the best of both worlds.

Fusing the advantages of fine tonal gravure, with all of the specialist inks available with rotary screen; this is where everything is possible.

Our industry-leading bespoke rotary machinery can offer gloss, grit, flash gold, pearlescent, mineral, relief, glitter and beautiful chalky and bright colours. Giving you creative freedom to make your stencil-screen desires a reality.

Fun fact: We were the first manufacturer in the world to have one of these machines.

Long Table Printing

A modern take on silk screen style.

A short-run favourite for capsule collections and bespoke projects. Long table printing was first introduced in the 1940s, and remains a table-top process to explore a range of substrates and specialist laminates with opaque, metallic and pearl inks.

Surface and Surflex Printing

Layer up the luxury. With nothing off-limits.

If colour is your desire, then surface and surflex are the perfect processes. Allowing you to overprint up to twelve colours, including metallic and chalky colours, your wallpaper of dreams is firmly in sight.

This ‘wet on wet’ surface print technique gives you a reticulated appearance as your pattern evolves; giving an intricate finish that has a story to tell.

Decades of Process

More than a hundred years of print practice gives us the knowledge, passion and pride in our process that truly sets us apart.
